LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Through this experience participants will be able to:
- Practice and discuss facilitation skills that enhance a sense of belonging among diverse groups.
- Identify the different roles (hats) needed for effective facilitation when working in group settings.
- Describe how Adler’s concept of Lifestyle Priorities (“only if” thinking) can relate to Dreikurs’ Mistaken Goal behaviors, and how to move toward more socially interested behavior.
